It is always a pleasure to build a website from such a lavish design as this one!

This site is much more than just eye-candy, however. It is built on top of an extremely powerful publishing platform known as ExpressionEngine, which also happens to power the websites of several Fortune 100 companies and multi-platinum rock bands.

What Makes This Website So Neato?

Future Proof

Large, complex, content-rich sites are often riddled with little programming bugs which cause problems in new or uncommon web browsers. Even worse, many of the popular publishing platforms will allow contributors to enter content that will break the layout! Not this site!!

First, all of the code we deliver from Joe's Media is guaranteed valid.

Furthermore, the data-entry system we employ allows contributors to format their entries to taste while virtually guaranteeing that the output remains valid. We like it so much that we use it on all of the sites in our own portfolio!

This site will look great for many years to come.

Easy to Maintain

Even complex sites can have a simple interface.

For Example, since events are composed of reusable pieces we made sure to break them out into separate channels so that returning speakers and repeat locations are simply selected from a drop-down list when a new event is created.

Profitable Advertising

Adding and managing sponsors is so easy it's almost silly!

• Images can be uploaded in as few as 3 clicks.
• Custom background colors are configured in a snap.
• Assigning a start and end date ensures that sponsors receive the value they pay for.

Great Performance

In spite of it's complexity, this is a pretty fast site. As traffic increases, however, there are still plenty of ways to speed things up without compromising flexibility.
